With only 1 month to go, I had to start getting back into shape...I know I'm in okay shape, but you see, when I bought my gown in HK back in Jan, I was a little slimmer back then. Just this weekend, I tried on my gown and although I still fit, it's a tad snug...so now I'm really starting to do exercise to make sure the dress fits a little better (more roomier!).
Aside from running on my elliptical machine at home (40 minutes every other day), I started to do some arm and back exercises as well. I searched online and found some of Eva Longoria's wedding exercise routine, printed it out and started doing them every other day. I think it's working! (*I think*)
