Bringing It with P90X Lean

Some of you know that I've been following this P90X workout since May now. I don't follow it religiously, I only workout every other day. That's probably why I didn't get maximum results that the TV ads were showing. However, I do feel a lot fitter, stronger and energized since I started working out.
For those of you who don't know, P90X is a workout routine consisting of around 10-12 (1 hour each) workouts on dvds. There is a calendar to follow on which routine to do each day to get whatever results you desire (lean for weight loss, classic for muscle building, doubles for getting super fit). Some of the workouts are cardio, core strength, yoga, stretching, arms & shoulders, legs, tai bo, abs, etc...there is no lack of variety if you are afraid it'll get boring.
Some of the workouts are super crazy....leaving my muscles sore all the time. Since working out, I saw the progression of my ability to do some of the harder exercise through time. There were some exercises that I couldn't do in the beginning, but by the 3rd or 4th time of doing the same routine, I was able to keep up with the dvds. It's quite rewarding.
I've stopped P90X workout since end of July because of my wrist and now that it's healed pretty much, I decided to do the lean program more religiously now - working out everyday instead of every other day. I'm hoping to lose some weight...and of course, be fitter and healthier!
