A great workout!

Last night, I went to my 3rd hot yoga class at Moksha. Through these 3 classes, I found myself improve in my balance, concentration and endurance. I even feel that my posture has improved and I'm healthier as a whole.

Well, besides hot yoga, I still keep up my exercise routine of running (elliptical machine) and strengthening exercises (planks, side push-ups, ab slide, etc). But after hot yoga, I find myself slimmer (probably because of all the sweat and endurance poses) and more flexible for sure!

Since I'm new to this whole thing, I've decided to go at different times to 'survey' different instructors. Last night's instructor was Jennifer and she was really tough! Not only did she introduce new (and harder) poses, she also went around correcting our posture. It really made it a great workout for me! Within 10 minutes, I was already dripping sweat....I also noticed that the more water I drank, the more I sweat! They advise that you don't wipe out the sweat because the sweat helps open up your pores to detoxicate....don't know if it's true, but my skin has been smoother!

I go to the Moksha studio on Yonge and St. Clair, where's this one up in Markham?

me too~ I went to the one at McCowan. June, which one do you go? I need a hot yoga partner too
