As for an update, I just received a call from my doctor who helped me make an appointment with a hand surgeon. The appointment will be on Jan 29, 2008!!! haha...I expected the long lineup, after all, it is Ontario healthcare...what can I say?
The specialist will examine my situation during the appointment and assess how to treat the cyst best. If it is possible, he will also arrange for same day surgery.
I'm not worried at all because the cyst is benign, but I'll have a scar on my hand! :(
